Furqan is a visionary entrepreneur and transformation architect with over 25 years of leadership across strategy, retail, and real estate. His career spans global firms like PwC and KPMG, and landmark developers including Majid Al Futtaim and Al Futtaim Group, where he helped shape Dubai’s most iconic destinations.

In 2004, he founded SPRET, a pioneering multi-concept retail platform that redefined the region’s boutique and lifestyle retail landscape—successfully exited in 2023. A decade later, he launched McArthur + Company, a boutique advisory trusted by shopping centre and mixed-use developers across the GCC and Asia.

After two decades building spaces for commerce, Furqan turned to building spaces for human potential. His foray into longevity began in 2022 with Kai Life Clinic, an early experiment in anti-ageing and regenerative medicine—exited in 2023. Today, he is the founder and driving force behind ZOIME — an AI-powered Longevity & Wellness ecosystem built to help humanity live longer, better, and more consciously. ZOIME blends diagnostics, regenerative science, and lifestyle design into a single philosophy: “A Way of Life.”
